CSEA JOB CLASSIFICATION STUDY

It has been more than 14 years since a salary study has been done for the classified staff.

This new study is very important. It will compare Citrus' classified staff salaries with these six (6) colleges:

  • Antelope Valley (Lancaster)
  • Chaffey (Rancho Cucamonga)
  • Glendale (Glendale)
  • Mira Costa (Oceanside)
  • Rio Hondo (Whittier)
    and
  • Santa Clarita (Valencia)
After Jacobson, Betts & Company have completed the study, the CSEA Negotiations Team and the District will have the results to take to the bargaining table in September 2003.
