4. Luncheon Committee: May 21, 2009, 11:00-1:00 pm

a. Menu and Inventory– Inventory Team
                Menu for 225 people, $1000 budget.

    Date:

    Release Time: 2 hours

    Mission: Count food and non perishable items (plates, etc.) and prepare inventory.

    3 Volunteers: Traci Wells, David Galan, Patty Davis

b. Shoppers – Shopping Trip Team
                 Purchase with Richwood Meat Co.  or COSTCO

    Date: Wednesday, May 20, 2009

    Release Time: 4-6pm

    Mission: Buy food and non-perishables. Store items

    5 Volunteers: David Galan, Cindy Hubbard, Robbie Deen, Evelyn Apodaca, John O'Brien 

c. Food Prep - Food Prep and transportation of food (help BBQ if needed)

    Date: Thursday, May 21, 2009

    Release Time: 8am - 10 am and 1-2pm

    Mission: prepare food, cut onions and tomatoes, bring food from Transportation center and back

    6 Volunteers: Wilma Prine, Donna Torrez, Robbie Deen, Meuy Saechao,  Debbie Prince, John O'Brien, Conrad (Beaver) Torrez
