Public Relations Officer:
It shall be the duty of the Public Relations Officer to edit and distribute a newsletter or similar publication as may be authorized by the Executive Board and the Chapter membership, to write articles of interest pertaining to Chapter affairs for local newspapers and official publications of the State Association and perform such other public relations activities as directed by the President.
