The delegate rosters will be sent in May listing the number of delegates eligible to attend Conference based on the membership as of 1/31. Chapters should monitor their membership in case they can add delegates.
The FINAL CONFERENCE DELEGATE STRENGHT IS BASED ON THE MEMBERSHIP AS OF JUNE 30. If chapters fall below the next lowest membership base, and have to give up a delegate, state will advise the chapter approximately 2 weeks before conference.
ALTERNATES MUST BE ALREADY LISTED ON THE ORIGINAL ROSTER OR THE CHAPTER SHOULD BE PREPARED TO SHOW THE MINUTES OF THE CHAPTER MEETING WHERE THE MEMBERS(S) WERE VOTED TO BE AN ALTERNATE.
