Account Management

To create an account you will need your Member ID number as well as the last four digits of your Social Security Number to verify your identity. Please click here to proceed.

There is most likely a mismatch between the last four digits of your SSN and Member ID. You may also be receiving the error if you are a Service Fee Payer (Service Fee Payers do not get full access to the CSEA website. Visit www.csea.com/join for more information.). Please contact your nearest Field Office for further assistance.

If your are NOT logged in to csea.com, please click here to reset your password. During this process you will also be able to update your e-mail address. You will need to provide the last four digits of your Social Security Number as well as your Member ID number. We highly suggest using a personal e-mail address for all e-mail correspondence with CSEA.

If you ARE logged in to csea.com and want to reset your password, click on "your name" or the "My Profile" icon as it appears on the same line as the "Search Box" (next to the "Logout" link). This will display your account settings.

If you do not receive an e-mail from our system with a link to reset your password it is possible that your e-mail provider marked the e-mail as spam or has blocked it out completely. Please check your spam folders. If it is not there please send an e-mail to website@csea.com for further assistance.

Please note: If you are using a work/district e-mail address there is a high likelihood that security measures are in place that may restrict our e-mails to be sent to you. Please check your spam folders. If the e-mail is still not there we highly recommend using a personal e-mail address for all correspondence with CSEA; which you can update once you start the “Reset Password” process again. If you do not wish to use a personal e-mail address, please contact website@csea.com for further instruction.

If you ARE logged in to csea.com, go to the "My CSEA" page and click on the button "Update Profile". This will display your account settings, including your e-mail address.

Your member ID number can be found on both your member ID card as well as on the back cover of Focus magazine. Click here for a more detailed depiction. If you do not have have access to these items contact your Field Office.

If you believe you have entered the correct username and password and continue to receive an error make sure that there are no extra spaces before or after you enter your credentials.
