Trouble Logging In

To login into csea.com, visit www.csea.com/login or click on the Login link near the search bar (in the upper rightcorner) of the website.

If you believe you have entered the correct username and password and continue to receive an error message, make sure that there are no extra spaces before or after you enter your credentials. Please also be aware that the username and password are both case sensitive. If you continue to have trouble, contact us online for further assistance.

Please note: Usernames are not email addresses.

Visit www.csea.com/username to retrieve your username. You will need your member ID number and the last four digits of your SSN to verify your identity. You can also update your email address during this process.



Password

If you are NOT logged in to csea.com, please visit www.csea.com/password to reset your password. During this process, you will also be able to update your e-mail address. You will need to provide the last four digits of your Social Security Number as well as your member ID number. We highly suggest using a personal e-mail address for all e-mail correspondence with CSEA.

If you ARE logged in to csea.com and want to reset your password, visit the My CSEA page. Click on the Update Profile button and then the Change Password button. Enter your current password and new password twice and click on the Change Password button to complete the process.

Please note: Passwords must contain at least 5 characters.

If you do not receive an e-mail from our system with a link to reset your password, it is possible that your e-mail provider marked the e-mail as spam or has blocked it out completely. Please check your spam folders. If it is not there please contact us online for further assistance.

Please note: If you are using a work/district e-mail address there is a high likelihood that security measures are in place that may restrict our e-mails to be sent to you. Please check your spam folders. If the e-mail is still not there we highly recommend using a personal e-mail address for all correspondence with CSEA; which you can update once you start the Forgot Password process again. If you do not wish to use a personal e-mail address, please contact us online for further instruction.
