Account Set Up Help


Setting up an account at csea.com just requires that you enter an email address that matches the email address we have on file for you. If your email address has changed, you may need to update the email address that we have on file for you.

 

Solutions to common issues:

 

I never received an email verification

You should have received an email from: “Microsoft on behalf of CSEA.” Please be sure to check all email folders including spam folders in case the email was held up there.

 

Allow enough time for the verification email to arrive. Depending on email filters, connection speed and other factors, it could take several seconds or even a minute or two to arrive.

Be sure that you entered the correct email address. This is the address to which the email verification is sent.

 

I received a message that said: We can’t find your email address in our files.

This likely means the email you entered does not match the email CSEA has on file for you. Please update your email address.

 

I received a message that said: My account has already been activated

This means you have already created an account. Simply log in to access the website. If you have forgotten your password, click the “forgot password” link on the login screen.

Logging in to the Member-Only Section requires a valid website account, which is available to CSEA Members, Retiree Unit Members and CSEA Staff.

 

Solutions to common issues:

 

I received a message that said: We can't seem to find your account.

If you tried to log in with your email and password created before 2021, please note that you will need to set up a new account. Please click on the “sign up now” link.
 

Be sure that you entered the correct email and password.

 

My password does not work

Click on the “Forgot Password” link. An email will be sent to you, allowing you to reset your password.

Do I have to receive an email code every time I log in?

No. You can check the “Keep me signed in” box when you log in. If you are sharing a computer or have privacy concerns, you may want to leave it unchecked.

I cannot find my chapter website

Chapter websites are currently under construction. If you need to contact a chapter leader visit the call the CSEA Call Center for assistance.

 

I cannot find a specific document on the website.

Most documents are located in the Member-Only Documents section. Please search for your document there.

I cannot find information about CSEA Member Benefits on the CSEA Website.
