If you are commuting to the Paraeducator Conference by car, park in Lot B accessed through the South Plaza entrance to the convention center off Holt Blvd. The fee is $10 per day and includes in and out privileges. Here is a parking map.

Hotel Choices and Room Block
Make your hotel reservation through CSEA’s Room Block. Important: Do not make reservations directly with the hotel. Hotel reservations through CSEA’s room block must be made through the link on this page.
The four room block hotel choices below all within walking distance to the convention center.
$155 plus tax per night for a room with a King bed and a sofa bed
$159 plus tax for a room with 2 Queen Beds
Complimentary self-parking and a hot breakfast are included. The tax rate is 14.95%. No airport shuttle is available.
$189 plus tax per night
No breakfast is included but there is an onsite restaurant. Parking is $16.75 per night plus tax. The tax rate is 22.5%. A complimentary airport shuttle is available. Call the hotel from the airport for pick up. Shuttle service to the airport is every 20 minutes.
$159 plus tax for a room with a King bed
$169 plus tax for a room with two Queen beds
Complimentary self-parking and hot breakfast are included. The tax rate is 13.95%. Complimentary airport shuttle is available from 4:00 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. every thirty minutes both from the airport to the hotel and from the hotel to the airport. No afternoon shuttle is available. There is no need to call for pickup.
$159 plus tax per night
Complimentary self-parking and a hot breakfast are included. The tax rate is 14.75%. Complimentary airport shuttle is available. Call the hotel from the airport for pick up. Shuttle service to the airport is on the hour.
$129 plus tax per night
We have added the Comfort Suites Ontario Airport Convention Center as an overflow hotel. It is 10 minutes walking distance from Ontario Convention Center and a two-minute drive.
How to make your Hotel Reservation using the Room Block
Rooms must be reserved using CSEA’s hotel room block. The room block will be open until Monday, February 17, 2024, or until it is sold out whichever comes sooner. Reservations are being gathered by the Ontario Convention Center and will be turned over to the hotels after February 17. Please note that the hotels will not have a record of your reservation until February 23, a week after the room block closes on February 17, 2024.
When you make a reservation in the block, you will receive an acknowledgement number. This is not the same as your hotel confirmation number. A hotel confirmation number will be issued once the convention center turns over the reservation list to the hotels after the room block closes on February 17. Then you will be issued a hotel confirmation number.
Changes or Cancellations
Go back to the hotel block link above and click on the Manage Existing Reservation button. You will need your acknowledgement or hotel confirmation number to access your reservation.
Credit card required to make reservation
A credit or debit card will be required to reserve your room, but no hold or deduction will be charged to your credit or debit card in advance. You will not be charged until you check out. A photo ID and a credit card are required upon check in at the hotel. We recommend you do not use a debit card when you check in as a deposit fee for incidentals may be withheld.
Advance Payments by Chapter or District Employer
If your chapter or district is paying the hotel in advance for you or a group to attend, you can obtain your total when you make the reservation in the room block.
Advance check payments should include a letter detailing the guest(s) name(s), check-in date and the name of your school site if used on your booking. Include contact information, should the hotel have any questions about your payment. The hotel should receive your check, NO LATER THAN 2 WEEKS before the conference and receipt of payment should be confirmed in advance of checking into the hotel to avoid any issues.
Credit card authorization forms can also be used to make advance payments instead of checks, by contacting the hotel directly.
The hotels will not have your reservation information from the reservations made through the Ontario Convention Center Passkey system until after the room block closes on February 17. The Ontario Convention Center is gathering all room reservation information to pass over to the hotel after that date.
Luggage storage for the last day
On the last day of the conference, you can check out and store your luggage with the hotel and collect it after the conference is over. If the hotel you are staying at has an airport shuttle, you can arrange for a shuttle to the airport. Otherwise, you may arrange for an Uber or Lyft to the airport from the hotel.
